Topaz by Hudson Reed
We take a quick look at some of the products available to help keep your bathroom in Victorian style without giving up some of those luxuries such as thermostatic control and quarter turn ceramic disc taps.
Traditional Twin Shower by Hudson Reed
Hudson Reed Traditional Twin thermostatic shower is available as both a surface mounted and concealed installation. The thermostatic valve is dual control, so a preferred temperature setting can be left between showers and includes an anti scald cut off and a 38C safety temperature stop. RRP £642.
To match the rest of the bathroom, Hudson Reed offers Topaz brass ware, with one and three tap-hole mixers, hot and cold bath & basin taps and a choice of wall and deck mounted options. These taps retain an accurate period look, but include quarter turn ceramic disc technology. The picture shows the Topaz three tap hole basin mixer with pop up waste at a RRP of £158.
Artesian by Deva
The Artesian range from Deva comprises of a pillar mounted bath shower mixer complete with shower kit, basin taps, mono basin mixer with pop up waste and bidet mixer with pop up waste, all of which can be fitted with a flow regulator. The chrome pillar mounted bath shower mixer pictured has an RRP of £279.
Madeira by Heritage
Personalisation is far more important to us today than in Victorian times, so the Madeira freestanding bath from Heritage will definately have an appeal to those wanting a bespoke look. Made from cast iron, this sturdy classic-style bath is available in a special smoothed and primed finish which enables it to be painted in any colour, using a standard emulsion. But individualism never comes cheap, RRP £3,895.
