Louis Poulsen has launched a new black chrome-plated finish to Poul Henningsen's classic 1926 PH 3/2 table and pendant lamps.
The three shades that make up the lamp's distinctive styling are made from mouth-blown opal glass with a polished finish on the outside and matt on the inside. Designed specifically to produce glare-free lighting, these lamps helped form the lighting ethos that is still used by Louis Poulsen today.
Having been carefully updated to state-of-the-art technical standards, PH 3/2 in black chrome-plating differs very little from the original fixtures from the 1920s. The pendant is fitted with 1x75W A60 frosted E27 incandescent lamp. The table lamp is fitted with 1x40W D45 frosted E14.
