Vanessa Arbuthnott Launches Hand Printed

Vanessa Arbuthnott Launches Hand Printed
Hand Printed in Traditional Paisley

Vanessa Arbuthnott has just released her latest catalogue. New for 2011 is Hand Printed, a collection of three designs inspired by a passion for hand block printing. In addition, Vanessa Arbuthnott has introduced a range of plain linen unions, woollen stair runners and small selection of furniture just waiting to be covered.

Hand Printed is available as a traditional paisley, butterflies and a ticking stripe on both positive and negative forms. Away from the normal printed in the UK, the Hand Printed collection is hand block printed in India, but as with all of Vanessa Arbuthnott’s fabrics, it is made from certified organic cotton.

One of the company’s most popular designs, Stripe and Dash has now been transformed into a woollen rug and stair runner. Made from one hundred percent British wool, the rugs are available in two sizes and bound with jute at both ends.

In response to requests from customers, Vanessa Arbuthnott has also introduced a small range of sofas, chairs and headboards that can be covered in any of the available fabrics. Handmade in Sussex, the furniture frames are made from solid beech and then upholstered in the Cotswolds, just two miles from the company’s headquarters.

The catalogue can be downloaded now as a pdf, for more information visit www.vanessaarbuthnott.co.uk.
